The Problem

Mechanical rooms are where expensive failures start. A water heater that leaks, a sump pump that quits in the middle of a storm, humidity that creeps up and causes corrosion, a power blip that shuts down a pump. Mechanical Room Protect tracks temperature, water at floor level, humidity, and power, and sends an alert to your phone the moment something changes.

How It Works

Each sensor (Temperature, Water Leak, Humidity and Power Outage) reports back to a central gateway. The gateway sends that data to the iMonnit platform, which pushes an alert to your phone or email the moment a reading falls outside the range you set. No on-site monitoring required. The system watches, you get notified.

Ethernet or Cellular: Which One Do You Need?

Cellular version runs on the cell network, so it works in detached buildings or anywhere without internet access. The Ethernet version connects through your existing internet if the mechanical room is near your router.
