We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it — quickly and without the runaround.
Standard Return Policy — Unopened Items
You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, email sales@premiumbackyard.ca with your order number. We'll send return instructions and help arrange a competitive shipping rate.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping on damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Opened Items
Opened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they show no signs of use or wear and include all original packaging and accessories in "like new" condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — we make it right at no cost to you. That means a full replacement or refund, and we cover all return shipping.

Cancellations
Contact us immediately at sales@premiumbackyard.ca or 1 (888) 851-8852 to cancel an order.
- Cancelled before shipment: full refund
- Cancelled after shipment: follows the 30-day return process and may be subject to return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund and notify you by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in "like new" condition — no signs of use, wear, or assembly
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Certified Pre-Owned or Outlet items are not eligible for return
- Items purchased for one-time or temporary use (trade shows, events, promotional purposes) are not eligible for return
- All returns require authorization from our customer service team before being shipped back
Vendor Return & Warranty Policies
Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties that go beyond our standard return policy. Details by brand are below.
ACON Trampolines
ACON offers a 100-day return window on unassembled products in original condition. A restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply if the return is not due to a product fault. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use — warranty durations vary by product line.

Bromic Heating
Bromic products carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product line. Warranty claims are handled through PremiumBackyard.ca as your authorized Canadian dealer. Labour, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Installed wall-mounted or built-in units cannot be returned under the standard policy. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about your specific installation.
Rolux Reel Mowers
Rolux provides a limited warranty on all non-wearing parts to the original purchaser. Warranty service must be approved by Rolux and performed by an authorized dealer using Rolux-supplied parts. Parts and labour are covered at no charge during the warranty period.

Wearing parts (blades, bearings), electrical components, and damage from misuse, incorrect storage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. The warranty is transferable to a new owner with Rolux approval and dealer notification.

DFC Woodworks — Outdoor Furniture
DFC Woodworks backs their products with a 10-day no-risk return policy. If you're not satisfied, DFC covers the return freight and refunds you in full — no restocking fees.
