The Problem
Cabins sit empty for weeks at a time, which is exactly when things go wrong: pipes freeze, power drops, humidity climbs. Cabin Protect watches temperature, water, humidity, and power and sends an alert the moment something's off, so you can act before a small problem becomes a big repair bill.
How It Works
Each sensor (Temperature, Water Leak, Humidity and Power Outage) reports back to a central gateway. The gateway sends that data to the iMonnit platform, which pushes an alert to your phone or email the moment a reading falls outside the range you set. No on-site monitoring required — the system watches, you get notified.

Ethernet or Cellular — Which One Do You Need?
Ethernet version is for cabins with an existing internet connection. Cellular version connects over the cell network instead, so it works anywhere with cell coverage — no on-site internet required.
