The Problem
An empty house is a liability the moment nobody's checking on it — burst pipes, break-ins, and power failures can all go unnoticed for days or weeks. Vacant Property Protect watches temperature, water, power, and motion, giving you (or your insurance company) real evidence the property was being monitored.
How It Works
Each sensor (Temperature, Water Leak, Power Outage and Motion) reports back to a central gateway. The gateway sends that data to the iMonnit platform, which pushes an alert to your phone or email the moment a reading falls outside the range you set. No on-site monitoring required — the system watches, you get notified.

Ethernet or Cellular — Which One Do You Need?
Ethernet version is for properties with internet service still active. Cellular version is for properties where utilities/internet have been shut off — the cellular gateway runs independently of any on-site service.
