The Problem
Cabins sit empty for weeks at a time, which is exactly when things go wrong: pipes freeze, power drops, humidity climbs. Cabin Protect watches temperature, water, humidity, and power and sends an alert the moment something's off, so you can act before a small problem becomes a big repair bill.
How It Works
Each sensor (Temperature, Water Leak, Humidity and Power Outage) reports back to a central gateway. The gateway sends that data to the iMonnit platform, which pushes an alert to your phone or email the moment a reading falls outside the range you set. No on-site monitoring required. The system watches, you get notified.

Ethernet or Cellular: Which One Do You Need?
Ethernet version is for cabins with an existing internet connection. The Cellular version connects over the cell network instead, so it works anywhere with cell coverage, no on-site internet required.

Software is separate: every sensor in this package needs an active iMonnit subscription to send alerts and store data. You activate this directly with Monnit after purchase. It is billed as an ongoing monthly or annual fee, not included in this hardware price.
